In order to do that we must have access to world leading research and the latest thinking and future trends to keep pace with the constantly evolving Digital Technologies industry. In particular the Scottish Government would like access to key research materials and researchers who can articulate the latest research into how digital trends and technologies can re-imagine our business to transform and make us evolve, thrive and more viable in the future. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulation 2015.
