Lot 1

The proposed works will predominately comprise the replacement of LPHW heating and domestic water services within the boiler plant room area, with exception to existing boilers, associated flues, boiler shunt circuit pipework, low loss header, and gas service pipework installations, which shall be retained. Works will also necessitate the complete replacement, and rationalisation, of existing building management system installations (BMS). Works also entail removal of existing services equipment and associated distribution installations, which will necessitate phased removal.. This project will be project managed by Matt lambert from Innovated Design Solutions on 07791341809 and where all technical questions should be directed in the first instance. The local estates manager will be John O'Rourke along with Sam Selwyn. John will organise a site visit.
