### Lot Information

Lot 1

The works to be undertaken by the successful contractor comprise priority coded asbestos removal and encapsulation works for various East Renfrewshire Council Buildings for non-housing properties and housing stock in a multi-trade environment and a 24-hour 365 days emergency response service in accordance with the priority schedule detailed in the contract document to enable emergency work to be carried out in compliance with the Contract Conditions. Consequently the successful Contractor shall be expected to form part of a team, be adaptable, conscientious and be able to carry out instructions with the minimum supervision to allow the efficient completion of work orders.. The estimated spend per annum will be in the region of 195000.00GBP. East Renfrewshire Council reserves the right to spend up to 850000.00GBP in total over the 4 year duration of the contract, including any extension periods.

Renewal: There will be an option to extend this contract for a further 24 months up to 12 months at a time.
