Lot 1

Cycling Scotland would like to invite interested parties to submit proposals based on information within the Invitation to Tender. Cycling Scotland requires an experienced event management and delivery team to stage the event on behalf of Cycling Scotland from 2019 to 2021. The successful tenderer will be responsible for all aspects of the event delivery and will liaise with and report to Cycling Scotland. The proposed delivery/responsibilities structure is included in the Invitation to Tender. In addition to overall Event Management and Delivery and acting as key contact with Cycling Scotland, it is envisaged that the successful tenderer acts as the primary point of contact for event delivery services across the following three key delivery areas: - Overall Event Management - Operations Management and Administration - Community and Customer Services Management and Administration
