Adult Support and Protection recording and defensible decision making Locality Managers, Local area Managers and Team Leaders Learning Outcomes: Understand how effective recording and decision making can improve practice and outcomes for service users. - Develop a decision making framework - Understand how evidence based decision making can be used to support - Practice and contribute to personal/staff supervision. - Be used as a tool for reflection and good practice. Requirement: 7 Full days required (per year) - 20 people max per sessions The Council's locations for delivery are Lochgilphead, Campbeltown, Helensburgh, Oban and Dunoon. It is anticipated the contract duration will be for a 2 year period, with option to extend for a further year.
