### Lot Information

Lot 1 - Spring Bulbs, Horticultural Materials

Renfrewshire Council's Environment and Infrastructure Service require the existence of a Framework Agreement for the flexible supply of Horticultural Materials for the provision of spring bulbs, spring & summer bedding plants and Christmas trees to react to operational priorities during the period of the Framework The Framework Agreement will be established in 3 Lots as detailed below. Lot 1 - Supply and Delivery of Spring Bulbs; Lot 2 - Supply and Delivery of Seasonal Bedding; Lot 3 - Supply and Delivery of Christmas Trees; The number of Call Offs procured through this Framework Agreement will, in the main, be influenced by changing budgetary requirements and operational priorities of the Council.. Economic Operators maybe excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Please see the ITT in PCS-Tender project relevant to this procurement and the other Procurement Documents for further information.

Renewal: This Framework Agreement will be for a period of two years with an option to extend for up to 12 months
