Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance during Defects liability period of a new Humidifier system complete with electrical supplies and controls installation as specified on the attached M&E Drawings.. Tenderers must complete Sub-Contractor's requirements on page 23 or their tender shall be deemed Non-Compliant. It is HIGHLY recommended that the contractor visit the site to familiarise themselves with the full extent and nature of the works as no redress can be made at a later date for lack of such knowledge. Tenderers are advised that there shall be other Trades on site during these works and the tender submission must reflect this. Tenderers should note that all associated builder work forms part of their tender and their submission must reflect this, as no additions shall be accepted for the exclusion of same. Please note Conditions of Contract item 1.6:- Fife Council Building Services shall not be providing any skips, scaffold, access platforms or mechanical lifting/ hoisting facilities.
