The Works comprise the removal and disposal of existing sanitaryware within the male and female toilets of the Community Centre. New replacement sanitaryware, laminate cubicles, vanity units, hygienic wall lining, new suspended ceiling and decoration are to be undertaken. Tenderers should note that the property will be occupied for the duration of the six week construction phase with works to be phased to complete one set of toilet facilities in full in advance of commencement of the next. .
