Northview site comprises 2no. two and three storey blocks with 16 flats in total on a serviced brownfield site. B. Struan Road site comprises 3no. blocks of 4 cottage flats (12 flats in total) on a greenfield site. Its access is a joint access with the College on the adjacent site. The planned commencement date is November 2018, bidders must be able to meet the commencement date, this is a key objective in the project.
