In April 2018, the Council conducted a mini-competition, inviting all five (5) framework providers on a national collaborative framework, to competitively tender for the Council's requirements from 01/10/2018. No tenders were received in response to that mini-competition. The Council therefore intend to award a future contract by negotiation with the incumbent supplier to award a contract for up to three (3) years. Justification to seek negotiated tender is provided within The Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015, 33.1.)(a) "...no tenders...".
