The project will target 371 owner occupiers within the Lochfield area including 40 standalone owner occupied 4 in a blocks and semidetached properties which have the potential to benefit primarily from EWI as well as other EE measures. The project will also identify and engage with SME's within and in close proximity to the targeted area. In the event there is not sufficient uptake of services in the proposed area, additional area(s) will be targeted. Households and businesses will be advised on the HES and RES SME loan scheme as an option to fund the installation of measures.
