The purpose of this lot is to provide Lift Maintenance services on a geographical basis to all HE/FE Institutions and associated bodies within Edinburgh, Lothians & Borders.. Economic may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: The Authority reserves the right to extend the Framework Agreement for a period of up to 24 months subject to satisfactory performance and continued Institutions requirements.

Stirlingshire, Central & Grampian

The purpose of this lot is to provide Lift Maintenance services on a geographical basis to all HE/FE Institutions and associated bodies within Stirlingshire, Central & Grampians.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: The Authority reserves the right to extend the Framework Agreement for a period of up to 24 months subject to satisfactory performance and continued Institutions requirements.

This includes 1st year maintenance as part of the services.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
