The objective is to replace hot water heaters in HMP Castle Huntly, Murray House and modify existing pipework. The SPS is seeking a Contractor to replace 2 heaters and address inefficiencies in the current water pump system. The current system uses 3 pumps, 2 are to be removed and pipework is to be upgraded/modified as appropriate. The SPS has commenced this procurement process in good faith and with the intention of awarding a contract. Following publication of the Contract Notice, an Invitation to Tender (ITT) incorporating the European Single Procurement Document will be published by the SPS and will be made available to bidders. Tender responses shall then be evaluated in accordance with the ITT.. This is a Prior Information Notice, no tender documentation is available at this time.
