### Lot Information

Lot 1

We will conduct a dual-stage procedure to select a contractor for this piece of work. Stage one will require that an ESPD is successfully completed. Successful bidders will then be asked to make a quality submission and price submission. We will appoint on the basis of 60% quality and 40% price.. Assist Design are appointed to take forward the design of this project and contract administration. We have an application currently lodged at the planning department and hope to progress quickly after approval.
