To achieve this, all products supplied under this Framework Agreement conform to the General Standards as set out in Article 3 of the EU Regulation (EU) No 543/2011 and Appendix 1 Section A of this same regulation. Where applicable, fruits and salad shall be Class 1 EU Grade as defined in Annex 1, Part B - Specific Marketing Standards - to Regulation (EC) No 543/2011.. Economic operators may have been excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Renewal: The Authoirty reserves the right to extend the Framework Agreement for a period of up to 24 months subject to satisfactory performance and continued Institutions requirements.
