HESE needs to re-let the existing operating licence for administering and controlling the water sports activities on Linlithgow Loch. The operator will be allowed to grant permit holders to use boats and other water sport equipment on the Loch. The number of permit holders shall not exceed the daily maximum number of 50 water sports craft, without the written permission of HESE.

Renewal: HESE has the option to extend for up to further 10 years.
