Bidders must complete and submit the Quality Assessment and Price Assessment documents which will be used to evaluate and shortlist a minimum of 3, and a maximum of 6 Bidders, to proceed to the award stage. Stage 2: Award Stage. Successful Bidders from Stage 1 will be invited to interview which will be scored on a quality basis. The following weightings will then be applied to determine the highest scoring Bidder. Quality Questionnaire 60% Pricing Document 20% Interview Stage 20% The highest scoring bidder will then be invited to proceed with designing the development, achieving planning consent and negotiating a tender with Fyne Homes.
