Ochil View Housing Association carry out medical adaptations to a number of its properties in Clackmannanshire and West Fife that consist of level-access showers, grab-rails and other adaptations to allow people to remain in their homes. The contract will also include non-funded replacement level access showers which have reached the end of their life and reactive non-slip flooring repairs or replacement. The contract will be awarded on a 3 year basis with the option to extend for a further 1 year based on performance and at the discretion of the Association.
