### Lot Information

Chancellor and Pro-Chancellors for the University

The University is seeking executive search services for the following appointments: - Chancellor of the University; - Pro-Chancellor of the University (x 2); and - University's Chair of Court. This procurement exercise has been sub-divided into 2 Lots as set out below. The University intends to appoint a one Contractor per Lot for the provisions of Executive Search Services. Lot 1 -> Chancellor and Pro-Chancellors (x 2) of the University Lot 2 -> The University's Chair of Court. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.

Renewal: At the outset, the University will appoint a firm for the Executive Search Services for the positions of Chancellor and Pro-Chancellor of the University. The University reserves the right to extend the Agreement to encompass its Chair of Court appointment, subject to satisfactory performance and the demonstrated ability to meet the University's requirements.
