## Notice

The Scottish Children's Reporter Administration (SCRA) wishes to put in place a contract with a suitably qualified and experienced Service Provider for the provision of on-site confidential shredding services to approximately 22 sites throughout Scotland, including the Highlands. This service includes the supply of secure receptacles and bags, secure destruction of confidential waste on a scheduled basis, and ad hoc uplifts where and when required. 100% of the waste destroyed is required to be recycled. The Service Provider must be a Licensed Waste Carrier.

### Lot Information

Lot 1

The contract requires the secure disposal of confidential, Official Sensitive-Personal and Official Sensitive-Commercial material on a regular scheduled collection basis to approximately 22 sites throughout Scotland. There is also a requirement for additional ad hoc uplifts. The successful bidder will be required to supply secure storage receptacles that can be used at the scheduled collection locations and appropriate secure bags for one off ad hoc collections. Destruction of material must be carried out on-site and Certificates of Destruction must be provided. The Service Provider must ensure compliance with all legislation covering this service.. Bidders will need to complete the ESPD (Scotland) Online Module attached to this Contract Notice, which includes Exclusion & Selection Criteria. Price & Quality Sub Criteria are detailed in the Tender Response Document

Options: The Service Provider will be flexible and responsive to enable changes to site locations throughout the full period of the contract and changes to the number of secure receptacles and frequency of uplifts required. These could decrease or increase. The Service Provider will also be required to supply secure bags when required and service additional ad hoc uplifts when required, over and above the scheduled uplifts.

Renewal: There will be the potential to extend the contract for up to two one year periods if the Purchaser requires.
