Two building types have been developed by the design team. Type 1 is the 120 place family centre (to be located on four sites). Type 2 the 180 place family centre (to be located on one site). In addition the Council wants to augment two new family centres with a sports and community extension to enhance facilities further at the Crookfur site and at the Overlee site.. The estimated value of 18,400,000GBP reflect the build only element for all five sites.
