### Lot Information

Lot 1

The services are applicable to site(s) where the safe and effective movement of pedestrians and/or vehicles may be adversely affected by snow, and/or ice. Provision of the services shall enable each site to be used safely and effectively for its normal business purposes by staff, tenants, service users, contractors, and other visitors. The Service provider shall be responsible for service forecasting, service planning, service performance, and any other matters relevant to fulfilling the requirement.. Renewal: Annual option to extend the contract for 1 year, for a period of up to 2 additional years (i.e. an extension for 1 year to 30/09/2021, and an additional year's extension to 30/09/2022)
