## Notice

National Museums Scotland (NMS) currently use a Cisco solution for their business telephony. This has been in place for many years and has been upgraded irregularly with the last upgrade taking place about 4 years ago. The Cisco software applications are virtual machines running on VMware ESXI. We now require quotes to upgrade our current CUCM system to version 11.5 making sure that where necessary all other software remains compatible or is upgraded e.g. VMWARE. The CUCM software is available free under our Cisco support contract.
