### Lot Information

Supply and Installation of Window Blinds

The Purchaser requires to purchase a range of Roller and Vertical Blinds to be supplied, delivered and installed within various council establishments. Product requirements and the environments in which the window blinds must function are highly diverse, these range from highly durable blinds in Education establishments and office buildings to black-out blinds in auditorium style spaces. Please note there may be the requirement for other types of window blinds, if so, these will be sought via a Mini Competition.. Economic Operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contract (Scotland) Regulations 2015

Renewal: option to extend (either singly or in phases) for a further period (or Periods) of up to one year after the expiry of the term. Factors such as Market Condition, Supplier Performance and Purchasers' requirements will all be considered regarding the option to extend.

Supply of WIndow Film

Supply of Window Film, however there may be instances that the Purchaser requires installation for large scale projects, although there is limited demand forecast. Typically the Purchaser requires the Window Film to be either for Privacy, Solar or Protection.. Economic Operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contract (Scotland) Regulations 2015
