Lot 1

The Division of Biomedical Sciences at the University of the Highlands and Islands is looking to purchase a contract for the routine maintenance of our mass spectrometer systems. This contract must cover unlimited reactive repair call outs within 3 working days and at least one scheduled preventative maintenance visit per annum. Spares should be factory certified or suitable equivalent. In addition, there should be unlimited off-site technical support. The mass spectrometer systems are: Thermo LTQ OrbiTrap XL, a Thermo OrbiTrap Exactive interfaced to an Accela 1250 UPLC system and a Thermo Trace Ultra-ISQ GC-MS system..
