The works include: - All design following planning approval (at RIBA Stage 3) - Groundworks and remediation including removing below ground structures, stabilising voids and working with asbestos - Supply and installation of site capping, drainage and growing layer materials - Supply and installation of geogrid and geotextile membranes - Supply/construction/installation of hard landscaping features including pathways, access roads, surfaces, furniture, play equipment - Supply/construction/installation of soft landscaping features - Supply/construction/installation of utilities and infrastructure including drainage, power, lighting, Wi-Fi - Supply/construction/installation of sports pitches and associated works - Maintenance for two year period post completion Works will be adminstered through one or more contracts anticipated to be the NEC3 Engineering and Construction Contract.
