We are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced legal consultants who are able to provide comprehensive and impartial advice and support to the Association concerning its proposal to merge into another RSL. This will require ongoing support and advice throughout the merger process up to the successful transfer of engagements anticipated around October 2019; and includes all the legal due diligence matters concerning the proposed merger throughout the merger process up to completion of the transfer of engagements.
