East Lothian Council are seeking to establish a Framework Agreement with a number of suppliers for the supply of labour, vehicles and plant to assist in the delivery of the Winter Service, East Lothian. Generally, the service provision will take place during periods of snow and prolonged severe weather. Typically this extends to 7 snow days per year and 3 flood days per year, although as this is due to meteorological conditions, no guarantee can be given as to the extent of uptake for the service, if any.

Renewal: The Framework Agreement will be awarded for a period of 2 years with the option to extend for two further one year periods.
