Care at home/housing support encompasses personal and community support including practical and personal care and support which enables individuals to do things for themselves, rather than doing things to or doing things for people. The Framework will be split into 6 geographical areas within East Ayrshire and Service Providers will be able to apply for one or more areas, generally for new referrals during the term of the Framework.. Option to extend for a further 3 x one-year
