## Summary

The Wishaw & District Housing Association Ltd is currently conducting a tender for the "Responsive Repairs & Maintenance Framework 2019/20 – 2023/24," aimed at providing comprehensive responsive repairs services across various trades. This procurement process, categorized under the housing and community amenities sector, is taking place in Wishaw, Scotland. The tender follows a selective procedure and is set to conclude on 16 November 2018. The framework will last for a total of four years, beginning with an initial two-year period, with possibilities for extension depending on the association's discretion. Interested contractors should be aware that only three Lots may be bid for by each tenderer, encouraging competition while maintaining manageable contractor numbers per Lot.

This tender represents a significant opportunity for businesses in the construction and maintenance sectors, particularly those specialising in multi-trade services such as joinery, plumbing, electrical work, and more. Companies that can offer rapid response and reactive repairs to housing infrastructure will be well-positioned to benefit from this framework. The successful contractors can expect a stable workload over the duration of the contract, with community benefits also highlighted as a crucial component of the selection process. As the project invites bids across a variety of trades, firms of varying sizes and specialties are encouraged to engage, enhancing their portfolios and establishing long-term relationships with public sector clients.

## Notice

We are seeking interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors who are able to provide comprehensive responsive repairs service for multi trades.
