The description of works to be carried out by the successful contractor includes re-roofing and re-rendering, of existing Local Authority properties and mixed tenure blocks (typical property types include semi-detached, mid terrace, four-in-a-block properties and tenement properties) in three phases. Phase one and two are planned roof and render works as per the address list 18-19. Renewal: This is an annual requirement.
