This will require a property with up to five en-suite bedrooms. There will also be a requirement for the property to have suitable accessibility and adaptations to meet the needs of those individuals who will be accessing the service. The service will be for up to five individuals at the one time and for 365 nights per annum exclusively for individuals who have been assessed as suitable to receive the service.
