## Summary

The Scottish Government has initiated a public procurement process titled "Network Advice Dynamic Purchasing System" (DPS), which is focused on providing vendor-neutral technical network advice. This tender operates within the environmental protection and public services industry categories, located in Glasgow, UK. The procurement method is selective, employing a restricted procedure, with an estimated total value of £2,000,000. The tender period concluded on 19 November 2020, and interested parties were required to submit their responses electronically via the PCS-Tender system.

This dynamic purchasing system presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in network advisory services, including those offering expertise in areas such as network security, energy efficiency, and IoT integration. Companies with a minimum of 12 months' relevant experience and a track record demonstrated through case studies are well-positioned to compete. As the DPS allows continuous entry for qualifying suppliers, firms willing to engage with public sector bodies across Scotland stand to benefit from sustained project opportunities, ultimately fostering business growth.

## Notice

The Authority has established a collaborative Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Network Advice. The DPS comprises a single lot providing vendor neutral technical network advice. A key objective is to offer a straightforward, flexible and suitable route to market for Scottish public sector bodies. See section III.1.1 for details of public sector organisations who can access the DPS. No form of volume guarantee has been granted by the Authority. The Authority shall not be bound to order any of the services referred to in the description. The DPS will be open to entrants throughout its life who meet the minimum criteria.
