The Framework Agreement is to ensure provision of supply only,supply, haul and lay of Quarry Materials and associated Services to enable the Highland Council to manage and maintain all roads within its remit. This includes, but is not limited to, reconstructing, altering, widening, improving or renewing any road in which the public have right of passage. Under this Framework Agreement there shall be no guarantee of work and all "call offs" shall be as and when required.

Renewal: The Framework may be extended for a period of up to 24 months.
