### Lot Information

Lot 1

- Unless advised by the Authority to the contrary, close all windows and turn off lights after areas have been cleaned. - Notify the Authority's site/contract contact(s) of any evidence of the presence of pests. - Keep the cleaner's storage areas and equipment clean, safe, secure and tidy. The Authority will provide all cleaning & paper products and will make available adequate space for cleaning materials to be stored. A cleaner's store, including janitorial sink, is provided for ease of access at each location. Cleaning materials shall be kept secure to prevent unauthorised access and use. All cleaning materials shall be handled and stored in the correct way as detailed in the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulation 2002 (COSHH). Copies of the Contractors Schedule of Work, COSHH, Product data sheets & contact numbers will be stored in manual format which will be held in the local office and in all designated cleaning store areas. Additional equipment e.g. floor buffers shall be provided by the Supplier. Equipment shall be maintained by the Supplier so that it is clean, safe & functional at all times. Portable Appliance Test Certificates (PAT) and maintenance records must be held in the local office and in all designated cleaning store areas. Cleaning equipment shall be kept secure to prevent unauthorised access & use.

Renewal: Possibility to extend annually up to 20th January 2023
