### Lot Information

Lot 1

Glasgow Kelvin College (GKC) requires a Contractor to provide an innovative, environmentally conscious, and open-protocol Building Environment Management System (BEMS) to amalgamate, test, upgrade, repair, expand and replace as necessary current BEMS systems at its Springburn, Easterhouse and East End campuses in accordance with the system requirements detailed in the tender document. All work shall be compliant with the requirements for maintenance and repair of the: - Building Environment Management System and The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 - The Building Regulations 1997 - 2007, - Building Control Act 2007, - European Communities (Energy Performance of Buildings) Regulations SI 666 of 2006 - All other applicable Regulations associated with the works being undertaken.. Tenderers are invited to attend a site visit w/c 19 November 2018 - date and time will be confirmed. It may be necessary for selected Tenderers' to deliver a presentation in respect of the proposed solution. Dates and times will be confirmed.
