Lot 1

The full installation shall comply with the conditions laid down in the Standard Conditions of Contract contained within the Bills of Quantity. Carefully remove existing LTWH heating put aside for later re-use as instructed. Renew and upgrade LTHW-CT heating, Sanitary ware, sink with all associated pipework and controls to provide a fully compliant and operational system as per :- all manufacturer's instructions, all drawings, M(50)-2001, M(50)-2201, M(53)-2201, M(56)-2001, M(56)-2101, M(56)-2201, M(56)-2202, plans, layouts, heating specification 3233 mech. and construction notes 22 and 23. N.B. Ventilation has been included within the electrical tender package. Tenderers must complete Sub-Contractor's requirements on page 23 or their tender shall be deemed Non-Compliant. It is HIGHLY recommended that the contractor visit the site to familiarise themselves with the full extent and nature of the works as no redress can be made at a later date for lack of such knowledge. The Tender Price submitted shall be the Fixed Price for the Contract as no additional costs will be accepted unless prior instruction and approval received. Please note Conditions of Contract item 1.6:- Fife Council Building Services shall not be providing any skips, scaffold, access platforms or mechanical lifting/ hoisting facilities. These items must be provided by the sub-contractor (where required) and the costs thereof included in the tender price.
