The Service Provider's duties will include: - processing of scheme applications(in relation to existing and future schemes) - assessment of applications, carrying out of credit checks, and decision-making regarding acceptance - administration of loan and grant payments - recovery of loan repayments (on existing and future loans) - financial management - customer support - liaison with relevant advice and support providers - ad hoc information and advice to Scottish Government - monitoring and reporting, to the Scottish Government, scheme Key Performance Indicators and preparing management and financial information.. The stated contract value is an estimate (over the four potential years of the contract): the requirement is demand-led and the actual contract value is therefore dependent on demand for the service.
