This tender will consist of a quality submission, a separate price submission, completed ESPD form, 3 years accounts and bank reference. The quality/price ratio for this project has been established as: 30% quality 70% price The Tender Notice will be published on the Public Contracts Scotland Portal, and only tenders submitted via this portal will be considered. All questions must be submitted via the Public Contracts Scotland Portal Only tenders submitted via the Public Contracts Scotland Portal by 5.00pm 23/11/2018 will be assessed. Any interested parties are liable for their own costs relating to the tender process. The Pairc Trust is not bound to accept the lowest or any offer and reserves the right to annul the tendering process and not to award a contract.
