### Lot Information

Lot 1

A new service is required for five adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and / or Learning Disabilities and associated complexities who will be moving from an in-house residential facility into the community to be supported in a Core and Cluster setting. In the new setting support would be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and flexible arrangements would be required to accommodate the service user's changing needs and outcomes. Appropriate housing has already been built in respect of the stated service. A suitably qualified and experienced provider is now required to provide the necessary support function. The proposed model forms part of a re-design of Learning Disability Services in West Lothian.. Early estimations are that the new service will commence on 15th April 2019 and will be for a three year period with the possibility of extending for a period of up to a further twenty four months.
