To refresh (via recruitment), further test, develop, and maintain an existing Our Voice Citizens' Panel for Health and Social Care, Scotland. To transfer data processor ownership (if appropriate) and maintain an up to date database of panel members, complying with GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018 and PERC responsibilities. To refresh and increase panel membership to a level that ensures statistical robustness at a national level, allowing for expected response rate and 'participant drop out' over the next two years. To administrate, deliver and report findings from tri-annual panel surveys, producing easily accessible reports and infographics to support dissemination. To maintain good communications with Panel members and provide bi-annual feedback from Panel surveys to help keep Panel members engaged with the panel.

Renewal: Potential 12 month extension until 31st March 2021.
