We also require the website of the Independent Scrutiny Panels (https://www.independentscrutinypanels.org.uk/) to be migrated to Umbraco. This website is separate from the Scottish Health Council website and is not being actively updated - though it is required to remain as an archived reference. The migration should, as much as is practicable, replicate the existing site. The successful Tenderer will be required to deploy and support the new websites and content management system (CMS) platform, liaising with our preferred hosting provider (SHOW), as well as to provide a sandboxed version of the website for User Acceptance Testing of any new and additional future functionality.
