## Notice

Lot 1

Williamsburgh Housing Association are seeking to establish a Contract for the provision of a bin collection and cleaning services with a suitably experienced and qualified provider. The Contract is anticipated to commence on Monday 4th February 2019 and will operate for a maximum of three years (with the option for an extension of one further year) subject to satisfactory performance of the successful Bidder which will be measured through Key Performance Indicators. The Contract will primarily be delivered in Paisley, Renfrew and Johnstone, Renfrewshire but may also include services to properties in other towns and villages throughout Renfrewshire. The anticipated Contract Value is 40,000GBP per annum (excluding VAT), however provision has been made within the Contract value for new housing developments that may be completed during the Contract period and changes to Renfrewshire Council's bin collection requirements.

Renewal: May take up option on an extension for an additional 12 months
