Lot 1

The project is to comprise a two stage tendering process. All bidders responding to the PCS contract notice are to complete the accompanying European Standard Procurement Document (ESPD). Following the submissions the ESPD's shall be assessed by the selection panel to identify the bidders to be invited to submit priced tenders for the project. The number of bidders to be selected to the next stage of the quality/price based selection procedure shall be between four and six.
