The contract duration is three years with an option to extend the contract for any further variable periods up to a maximum of two years. Extension of the contract will be subject to satisfactory quarterly reviews of the contractor's performance by the Association. A set of Key Performance Indicators to which the contractor must perform will be included within the contract.
