The lot will cover, but not be limited to, the following topics: - Local Heat & Energy Efficiency Strategies - Future outlook for heat and energy efficiency Analytical Support and Commercial Services Lot 2 will be available for use by the Scottish Government and Transport Scotland, with work encompassing economic, environmental and technical analysis and commercial services.
