Bidders must take account of these requirements within their Tender as no recompense or loss will be paid to the Successful Bidder should Barrhead Housing Association apply these requirements during the Six-Year programme.Barrhead Housing Association's anticipated Programme requires painting and decoration services by the successful Bidder to the properties described within Tender Document 4 'Master Property List' over the six-year cycle commencing on Monday 1st April 2019.
