Lot 3 Land Markets and Development: to support the Commission's review and recommendations for policy and practice in relation to the functioning of the land market, development, vacant and derelict land, land value capture, land value taxation.

Renewal: This is a duration contract, and will run for a period of 3 years from January 2018, with the option to extend for an additional 2 years, extendable one year at a time for a maximum total contract period of 5 years

Provision of Legal Services

Lot 4 Constitutional & Corporate Support: to provide advice as required on matters related to public sector corporate governance and management such as employment. Also to provide updates on changes in legislation, legal developments and legal judgements which may impact on the Commission.

Renewal: This is a duration contract, and will run for a period of 3 years from January 2018, with the option to extend for an additional 2 years, extendable one year at a time for a maximum total contract period of 5 years

Provision of Legal Services

The Land Commission is inviting tenders for the provision of legal services, the services are split into 4 lots, tenderers can apply for any or all of the lots. Lot 1 Agricultural Holdings: to support the statutory functions of the Tenant Farming Commissioner, including the preparation of Codes of Practice and associated casework, and provision of general advice on landlord/tenant matters.

Renewal: This is a duration contract, and will run for a period of 3 years from January 2018, with the option to extend for an additional 2 years, extendable one year at a time for a maximum total contract period of 5 years.

Provision of Legal Services

Lot 2 Land Ownership & Management: to support the Commission's review and recommendations in relation to a wide range of matters related to the pattern of land ownership and land management practice in Scotland. These include for example, recommendations in relation to concentration of land ownership, community land ownership, Codes of Practice, Common Good Land.

Renewal: This is a duration contract, and will run for a period of 3 years from January 2018, with the option to extend for an additional 2 years, extendable one year at a time for a maximum total contract period of 5 years
