### Procurement Information

A Mini Competition was carried out in December 2017, no responses were submitted. Thereafter a full Open OJEU Tendering exercise was carried out in February 2018 (OJEU reference: 78127-2018 (2018/S 036-078127)), this failed to secure a successful bidder. The scope of this procurement is for 3 x bespoke Pharmacy Distribution Vehicles with complex interior build. Having failed to secure a fully compliant bid which met NHS GGC quality criteria during the OJEU Tendering exercise, NHSGG&C sought competitive quotations directly from additional suppliers. One supplier (SJ Fleet's) meets all our requirements and terms & conditions. NHSGG&C intend to award directly to them.
