## Notice

This is a Contract Award Notice and as such the procurement process has now ended. HIE is tasked with the delivery of the first UK Space Agency (UKSA) funded vertical launch spaceport in the UK. In order to deliver this ambitious project HIE wishes to appoint an experienced Project Manager (PM) and Cost Manager (CM) to manage the delivery of the proposed spaceport in North Sutherland. The PM will be the lead advisor for HIE on the project.

### Lot Information

Lot 1

The key outputs expected from this contract are as follows: - Provide PM & CM Services to enable delivery of spaceport - Establish and manage reporting procedures with stakeholders - Scope, procure, manage associated services from January 2019 - Lead on the scoping, facilitation and management of the LSO procurement (including involvement in technical and/or commercial evaluation of bids) - Manage LSO to deliver key milestones including planning etc - Support LSO with public consultations such as the pre-application process - Ensure commissioning of spaceport allows LSPs to complete test/commercial launches - Assist HIE in delivering spaceport in timescales required. It is expected that these services will be required from January 2019 for an initial period of 1 year, unless terminated in accordance with the provisions of the Contract, with HIE having the option to extend for a period or periods together not exceeding 3 calendar years following the Initial Term.

Options: HIE reserves the right, on giving reasonable written notice from time to time, to require changes to the Services as detailed in the Terms and Conditions. HIE shall not require any such change/s other than where it is permitted by Regulation 72 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
